Winner Cup of Excellence 2019
Tres Culturas — Coatepec, Veracruz
Cup of Excellence Heritage • Small-Lot • Texas-Roasted
Discover a coffee born in the lush, mist-covered mountains of Coatepec, Veracruz—one of Mexico’s most treasured coffee regions. This is not just any bean. It’s a single-lot Garnica variety grown at 1250m+ (4100+ ft.) Grown in a forest style Finca. Coffee grows between the birds, orchids, bees and wild cats. Finca Fátima is run by the 5th generation family farm of Ernesto & Givette Pérez, whose dedication to quality earned them a place among Mexico’s finest producers.
In 2019, this very Finca Fatima won the prestigious Cup of Excellence, the highest recognition a coffee can receive. Today, that same excellence is carried into every bag we roast in Austin, Texas.
